Full payment is due 4 weeks prior to delivery. |

The hirer is responsible for any loss or damage to the hired goods from receipt of delivery until collection of returning of the goods. |

Any losses or damages must be paid for unless The Big Do Company insurance is taken out before goods are despatched to the customer. |

Hired goods remain the property of The Big Do Company at all times. |
|
Light soiling is acceptable. Permanent stains or damages will be charged accordingly, unless insurance has been taken out. |

Any additional charges for delivery and collection will be quoted and charged at the time of order. |
|
Hirers need to have a representative at the delivery address of the goods unless otherwise agreed. |

A refundable deposit will be required and taken at time of order. |

Chair cover samples will be charged for at £10 each which will be refunded upon return. If samples are not returned an additional charge of £10 will be incurred. Please keep a receipt for goods returned to avoid discrepancies should returns get lost. |

Goods to be collected need to be available for collection on the agreed date and packed in a presentable state. Additional collections will be charged for. |
