Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our products and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

All payments will go through paypal who accept most debit and credit cards.If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

You can contact us to create a business account and we will give you login details. Any agreed discounts will be applied automatically to future orders.

Shipping And Handling
We ship anywhere in the UK. Please contact us if you would like to order from other EU locations and we can estimate shipping costs for you. Your shipping charge will be stated at checkout and once accepted no refunds will be offered, All website orders must be to the value of £100 or more, if you order is less than £100 you can view our products via our EBAY shop. Vat will be charged at the standard rate. If your order is outside the standard areas we will contact you with the correct shipping charge at which point you may cancel your order if the shipping value is more than you have thought.

Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your order to you in 3-5 business days if in stock. We will get in touch with you if your order will take longer than expected to despatch. Delivery times for bespoke items will be agreed when ordering. International orders are generally received in under 10 days. If you require our products sooner please contact us and we will if possible try to help. In some cases we can deliver next day.

You must inform us within 5 working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union VAT at the standard current rate is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

If you wish to return goods please contact us in the first instance by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Any refunds due will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
