Can you make bespoke sizes and colours.
  We can make any sizes and Colours, though there would be minimums and longer lead times involved. Ask for details
How do i know the chair covers will fit.
  There are standard chair covers for many chairs but it is advisable to request a sample to check you are happy with the style and fit of the Chair cover. If we have previously catered for an event at your venue we may know which chair cover you will require.
I am not sure what size tablecloths to go with.
  Please refer to our size chart, which may help, if you are still unsure then give us a call and we assist you.
What other products do you supply.
  We can supply all your wedding and function items, disposable camera's, Flowers, table centrepieces, Invitations, Table cards, Balloons.
Will i be charged for losses or damages.
  Yes you will be charged for all losses and damages. We strongly advise that you take out our Insurance so that you are 100% covered and you can relax during your event.
I may need more chair covers or table linen at short notice.
  Providing the Chair Covers and Tablecloths are available from stock these can be added to your delivery, if a special delivery is required or your order is already on route to you there would be an additional delivery cost (see point No3). We would advise that you order more at the time of order if you are unsure to guarantee you have enough of the same product.
My function or wedding is on a saturday when would i receive
my order.
  If you are fitting the items yourself we recommend you have them the day before your event to allow time for you to make sure the delivery is correct and there are no shortages or damages. (These would need to be reported immediately so that we could sort problem our for you)
Is there a delivery charge.
  Depending on the order value there would be a delivery charge, which will vary depending on where you are based and the service, you require. For all orders over £1000 delivery will be included in the price based on our standard delivery service.
Do we have to wash the linen before we return it.
  No you do not, the goods should be packed in a suitable condition for collection in the cartons they were received in. Charges may if apply if the goods are not in a collectable condition.
Do i have to pay for samples.
  Yes samples are charged for and credited upon return if they have not there have not been damaged, you will also need to arrange the return postage.
Can you deliver nationwide.
  Yes, this can be arranged.
Do you require a deposit.
  Yes a deposit is required which is £100 or 20% of your order value, this will be refunded once the goods have been returned and checked for losses or damages. Any losses or damages will be deducted from the deposit unless you have taken out our insurance, which will be offered to you at the time of order. (See our terms and conditions).
When do we pay for the goods.
  Goods must be paid for in full 4 weeks prior to delivery plus the deposit. Last minute orders can be paid for by credit or debit card, which would incur a 3% charge.
How do we pay.
  Cheque is the easiest way, you can also pay by credit/Debit card or by cash if you are collecting goods.
Do you supply crockery, cutlery or glassware.
  At the moment we don't supply these items.
