We at The Big Do Company Limited ensure all our products and services meet all the necessary required standards to ensure we deliver a first class product and service to you the customer by complying to the following.
1) All are products are tested and inspected to European and International standards before being supplied to our customers if produced outside of the UK.

2) Products produced in the UK will also comply with BS Standards if required.

3) We aim to supply at competitive prices without compromising on our quality standards or without down grading products or specifications.
4) We support Best Practices in all situations.
5) We monitor our suppliers to ensure they comply with the Corporate Social Responsibility known as C.S.R (The employment of underage children for work)
6) We make sure all our products and packaging do not contain any banned or Hazardous substances that can cause harm to people or affect the environment.
7) All of our Dyed products do not contain any of the Azo Dye chemicals which are banned under the European directive 76/769/EEC.
8) We ensure all our suppliers have a manufacturing needle policy.
9) All our fabrics are inspected using the 4 point system recognised as
ASTM D 5430-93.
10) Environment issues are taken seriously so we use the minimal packaging possible in order to contribute to reducing waste.
11) All of our products are traceable back to our suppliers should the need arise because of complaint or issues.
12) All complaints are dealt with quickly and efficiently to the customer satisfaction.
